He actually told me once I was never to talk to anyone about what happens at home. When we tried counseling, I should only talk about my problems since he thought he had none. That everything wrong in our relationship was my fault. I was also told not to keep a diary. 
 
I know my entries are sporadic as far as the timeline. I'm just trying to make a record of everything I can remember.
