Anxiety

My anxiety has become very severe again. I don't know why. It could be the Abilify because it says it can increase anxiety. I feel frozen, unable to move or do anything. I hate having this anxiety all day. It is truly crippling. I'm so scared and crying all the time. I am getting very little sleep still.
I am so tired of all the pain.
I'm really really scared. And so lonely :(
