Feeling good.....paid off one of my debts today...a big one. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting a wee bit brigher. Had a good night, chatted online a bit, watched "The Godfather" with the BF....only working from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM tomorrow (my version of a day off LOL). Next Tuesday I am actually taking the whole day off...wooo watch out world I'll be loose....and maybe I'll just lie around and read novels all day. Maybe I'll sleep all day. Maybe I'll go to Yosemite- the falls should be magnificent with all the melting snow they had this winter. Working this much is hard, but having the threat of a tax lien hanging over my head is harder...when that is over, I'll be able to take it a little easier. So...just another few weeks and I'll be through the worst of the financial havoc my gambling created. It will take years to reach any kind of real recovery there, but I have hope, and I'm seeing progress. I am thankful for that. I am grateful I have the physical health and the work to begin to repair what I've done. I thank everyone here for the support and inspiration to keep doing that next right thing.....Love to Everyone.....

Having a plan of attack to get out of debt is a must. Little by little it will get better...keep chugging along! I hope to be out of debt before I die..that sounds crazy, but true..I\'ll have to live to be at least 80! Thank you for all your kind words and support. Have a wonderful day!

I feel your pain, but I also feel your celebration. I think we just need to keep trudging through the trenches. Thanks for the inspiration.

Dianne, I am glad you are getting through the worst part of the financial trouble....Yes it will take years for us to fully recover but it may actually take less time than you think. Strange things happen when you live right....Miracles! Remeber this when it comes to God..........sometimes we think inside the box.....we think that well...we are bad people...so we\'ve done bad for 7 years ..therefore our judgement is 7 years plus.....well...with God.....He chooses what the punishment is going to be.....The point is...He can do something in your life that is awesome in a moments notice. He can see that you are focused and decide that today is a day where things will turn around in a large way....Try not to project your path to the end...Try to allow God the room to forgive you and do miracles in your life : ) Ian
That light at the end of the tunnel will get brighter and brighter...hang in there. Also, enjoy you 1/2 day off and your whole day off next week. The trip to Yosemite sounds great...you must live near Yosemite to be able to go there on a day trip (anywhere near Fresno?). Well, whatever you end up doing (or not doing) ENJOY you time off!
Biggest Hugs,
Liz
