OMG I am having such a bad day already, and it's only 8am!!! I forgot I was on the Yahoo browser, and it always logs me out when I do journal entries on there and they don't get saved.... GRRRRRRRRRRIt's been about weeks now, and I am STILL sick! I feel a little better one day, and then the next I have a fever again. My throat hurts so bad, and I am so stuffed up. I'm so TIRED of this!!!!Has anyone else heard of a cold or flu lasting THIS long? I hate to go to the doctorfor something as silly as a cold, ya know? But I'm on my 4th bottle of Dayquil now. This began in early December... I got sick before anyone else in my family did, and now they're all 100% better, but I'm still sick.... UGH!

Melinda, This isn\'t just a cold. You probably need an antibiotic. Go to the doctor! You\'ve got to stay healthy for Jonathan, too. :) Susan xx
Ditto. Go see the doctor. Melinda, Call the autism society in your area. Or call the lawyer they assigned you. You need someone to help you help your son. If you can not afford testing there are programs that can help you. Call social services. Get on the phone and start making calls. Write a letter and send it to the doctor the social servicesthe autism society and EVERYONE you can think of. Send it to your sons school, your church,if you have one. Tell them that you are a single mother with no income and have a son that needs help. Tell them that your looking for someone that can help you find the help that you need for your son. Someone out there will have the connections you need to get jonathon into a program that will help you cover his medical costs. In our area the social services program even provides transportation to and from school for the kids who need it.

I got sick in November and it lasted for about 6 weeks. I was miserable! I knew I had a sinus infection and it wasn\'t going to go away without anti-biotics. So I forced the doc to give them to me and he eventually did and I eventually got better. I bet you got some kinda infection too.
I think I know where this sore throat is takin me now.. It just started, but if it is gonna last six or eight weeks, it\'s gonna majorly suck.

Could be strep throat....my oldest baby has had a fever for days now and he keeps complaining that his throat hurts, finally took him to the doc yesterday, turned out it was strept throat. so I\'m hoping you\'re on way to the doctor right now.
