THEY GOT THE HOUSE!!!!!!   OH MY GOSH!!!!!   YAY!!!!OK, I just had to scream that!  My parents got the house they wanted!  They have to do a rent-to-own because of their situation, and the people picked THEM!!!  It's just so GREAT!!!  It's basically my mom's dream house:  Very large yard with a privacy fence and large garden areas, fully finished basement with a rec room, office, and full size bathroom (all brand new too!), another full size bath on the first floor, a master bedroom with a sunroom coming off of it, loft bedroom upstairs (will be mine and Jonathan's!!), and the entire house was just remodeled this summer- they gutted it and remodeled every single square inch!  New windows, roof, walls, kitchen- everything!  I am so excited for them!  Best of all, I was the one who got to give them the news!  I couldn't take it anymore.  I haven't been able to sleep in days.  So, I called the lady who showed us the house and asked her about what my parents chances are since there were toher people interested.  She told me that she thought my parents were very nice and sweet people, and that she and her husband decided on them!  I was thrilled!!!  After I hung up with her, I called my mom and dad and I told them to both get on the line.  My mom got on another phone and I told them together the great news!  I thought my mom was going to cry!  I love them so much.  They mean the world to me, and they deserve this house.  My mom and I spent all weekend looking at houses, and this was the only one that I thought was good enough for them.  Nothing else even came close!  I saw this one and I knew right away that this was the house.  Not a doubt in my mind.  My mom deserves her dream house.  If I had the money, I would spend it all to buy the house for her.  She's going to be so happy there!  Their dog Koko is going to love the yard, and their cat, Katrina, will love the sunroom!  My brother, a friend of his, and I are going to take down their pool this weekend, so that they can have it at their new house.  My brother is going to pay a local company to set it up at the new house when they move in.  (They don't know about that part!)  We are all pitching in to help them move.  My aunt is paying for the moving truck and 2 movers to help us get their appliances and large furniture out.  Jonathan is going to entertain them while we all work LOL!  I am going to be helping my mom this whole week to get them packed up.  There's lots to go through- 20+ years of stuff.  I don't mind it though- I love doing stuff with my mom, no matter what it is!Thanks again for everyone's prayers!  I don't think this would have happened with them!
