My husband walked by when I was reading something on here, and he saw something I wrote and got pretty mad at me. He said, "What are you writing about me? I should go on there and say all kinds of nasty things about you!"
OMG! Why can't he just grow up? Besides, he has no idea what I wrote on here, he just saw like 3 words and that was it!

Melinda, he acts like a typical abuser!!! My stbx was terrified when I talked to my friends. Do you know why? An abuser wants to convince you that there is something wrong with YOU. That\'s how he controls you. Friends and other people tell you that the way you are feeling is normal, he does not want that, because it messes up his plans. If he acts cold...well, he wants to put you down. He blames you to control you. You then doubt yourself and start to begin wondering if there is something wrong with you.
