goal

I just set a goal to go tea total,as the alcahol is making me ill.Im still not well as a result of drinking last thursday and it depresses me.Hayfever is very high runny nose ,itchy eyes,so im reluctant to go out,my anti histamin helps a little though.Wish i would come back into reality soon ,sick of been in this black hole of pain and gloom.
