Good news! I went to the eye doc today and the swelling is down! Also the pressure in my eyes was 28 and it is now down to 20! The doc was pleased and lowered my steroids. He says if I dont have any problems in the next month he will wean me off the steroids all together! I am soooo excited. I will be happy when all this stops so I can have surgury and maybe look a little more like the old me. Now, I dont expect to look the same as before but I will take what I can get. Hubby is still being completly unsuppportive...he did not even ask what the doc said! Its so much harder to have a disease when the one you thought you could always count on suddenly looks at you like a freak! Thank God for daily strength...its all the supprt I have.
