my journey

I started my journey again on 5/20/14 I was 405 by the scale at the clinic...yesterday I weighted myself and was 398!!!  Following this 1200 calorie diet isn't going to be easy and I feel like I am STARVING to death but I am more detemined this time...I am sure of what I want to do and I am focused on the goal!!!
