I had a dream, nightmare? last night. I don't remember it, but I remember waking up feeling really really scared and saying, "NO NO NO." Oh, and there were some scratches on my arm. I think when I woke I did it because you aren't supposed to be able to move much when you are in deep sleep.

Anyway, I don't know what happened. Scared me. But I don't remember so I guess, move on. I don't know.

I have to go to the neurologist now.
