I am in so much physical pain today, actually the last couple of days. I feel like I can't even think clearly. All I want to do is stay in bed with a heating pad on my stomach and cry. That's not true, I want to do so much more, but I don't feel capable.

This pain is just overwhelming. Last night we were eating dinner and I just finally said, I hurt too much to eat. I put my dish away, took pain medicine and went to bed.

There is so much to do. I feel so useless. I just joined this community and I want to participate and talk with my new friends, but this pain just kills me. And emotionally. If you thought pain just caused physical problems, you are crazy. I feel so wiped out. My doctor says he believes my pain was partly caused by the rape. He also just told me that women who are raped have a higher percentage rate of chronic pelvic pain and they don't know why. NO KIDDING! I told him that a few years ago. JEEZ!

I want to go to the ER for stronger pain meds, but I don't want to ask my husband to drive me there. I don't want to ask him to leave work. Friday is one of is worst days. I don't want to see that look on his face again. That look that says can't you do anything right? I also don't want to see that doctor I saw in January. The one who treated me like garbage. The one who didn't even call my doctor who was going to come in and see my himself once I got settled. He just decided he could handle me on his own. Instead it was a waste of 12 hours and $25, because he didn't help. AT ALL!

I don't know what to do.

ARGH! I wish I could help you! Is there no one else who could take you? A taxi even? Are you sure your husband really feels the way you think? Can you go to the Doc you liked? I wish it was possible to share physical pain. To share the load. To make people understand.

I am glad that you have a new Doc now. Physical pain is hard eniugh to deal with when there isn\'t an emotional component attached to it. Love you.
