Well it's been a week. I am very nervous about tomorrow I give myself the shot at home without benefit of the nurse. The nurse would give me the shot or help me, but it's a 2 hour round trip to go there. So five minutes at home sounds like the lesser of 2 evils. I was scared last Friday, but it wasn't as bad as I had imagined it. I guess I should be grateful if a little shot is all I have to worry about, but I have anxiety and panic disorder.

I guess it already is Friday ahhhhhhhhhhhhh......well the shot won\'t be till late afternoon.
you can do it. It will get easier each time that you do it. Think of the price of gas! You are overcoming another hurdle.
Hey sweetie, Mckenzie here, glad you contacted me, I am here for you if you need any advice or support.
As for the shot, fortunately they make the needle very small, so in time you will be soo used to it, you won\'t even give it a second thought.
I did all of my shots, alone in my room, I never wanted my family to actualy see me injecting myself.
I also did the whole 48 shots to my husband also when he was on treatment before me, so I got to practice. lol
According to your results, you are type 1a, so your journey on these meds will be for 48 weeks.
Just know that I am here for you.
I will check your message again, and try to light up some of your results the best I can.
Good luck and let me know how your feeling today.
Mckenzie one day at the time
