31 days still no smoking yah yah!!! I'm so happy I can hardly believe it's real I'm starting to feel like a new person. I have gained a few pounds, I guess in a few months I'll be joining the diet and exercise community...LOL. I still stay home a lot no need in being tempted until I'm stronger, though the few times I've been out I've done fine.
