Work

Seems the heat is going to give me trouble this year.  I guess that is what it is.  I'm having trouble figuring it out at times.  It was so bad that I thought I would not be able to see my next two patients.  I lightened my load and carried only what was necessary for my visit.  I made it today.  I don't think that I can continue.  I've thought that for awhile.  It is very hard to go thru those shortness of breath episodes with family members or patients worried about you trying to breathe.  Having to go back to the car with air conditioner.  Had to make one patient come out on the porch because he was smoking.  If I have one of my spells that ends with the panic attack.  Someone not knowing what is wrong will call 911.  YUCK!
