Went to Carling Cup Final at Wembley today (despite being an Arsenal fan!!) and had a great day. Hard work physically but so great to get out in the fresh air and I find watching football takes my mind off pain a little bit.Also got some of my website built yesterday which I have been trying to do for months. So overall a really good weekend. Hope it lasts as have been really ill in recent weeks so would be nice to have a break from it.
