I was ill in bed all day today, hate it when that happens, so exhausted. But I was able to get up this evening to go and speak at an AA meeting - I have to be really, really ill to cancel that - it is the most important thing I ever do. There was a newcomer at her first meeting and she said she got some hope. It is worth being in bad pain and another day in bed, to be part of carrying hope to someone. I need get back onto a better sleep routine - why am i still so bad at doing what is good for me???

I think we all struggle with setting limits, both in our fight against addiction and our struggle with CFIDs. I know that sometimes I decide to push thry the pain and exhaustion, but have gotten much more discenring in who and what I am willing ot do that for. AA is definitely important to you and you need purpose to keep you anchored in your recovery.

Hope you can get some rest and peace. Take care GF
