Sad
Yesterday I was told that one of the most loved ladies at the church I attend passed away. I knew she had not been feeling well, but I was shocked that she was a lot more ill than I had thought. I feel for her granddaughter as the girl lost her mother a few months ago and now she lost her grandmother too and she is only 19. I need to get over this very very sad feeling. She was also one of the ladies that made blankets for the homeless children. I will miss her immensely. I will try to feel happier soon. I am going to try to work on the blankets today, but when I do that then I start crying as I miss her already. It is a good thing that I have my husband to take care of as that will take my mind off of losing Ruth. It is time to start my day.

Gentle hugs, its so hard to lose someone. Life doesnt feel the same. Please dont be too sad. She wouldnt want that, Dawn
I know she would not want me to be sad and she wants to be remembered as the happy little gramma lady that she was.
Good news for today. Went to dr. and everything came back normal and my A1C for diabetes came back exactly where the dr. wants it to be. Also have lost 16 lbs since June. Great day. Went to Chinese for lunch and when I cam home sugars were at 92. Great #\'s for just eating. Of course I had to walk a block to the bus stop to get home then after getting off the bus a two block walk. It sure helps with keeping the numbers under control.
