I haven't done an entry for so long I feel like I don't know what to say or in a way where to begin. One thing I've come to know for sure is that not sleeping properly alot of the time I think will be my thorn in the side with Lupus. But all I can say is that sure interferes with being able to maybe do all I'd like to some days. Not sure yet if I shd mention it to my rheumy when I see him in May. My left hip & pelvic area some days give me real grief, up to the point where I'll use my cane to walk. Thinking I might be heading to trying accupuncture or see what my reflexologist says. But that aside most of the time I'm feeling really not bad at all. The extra stress issue I have ongoing is not doing any real harm & I keep focusing on that & that our Lord will keep being there for me. One other thing-my hubby's daughter & our grand daughter are coming in town for a bit. Up till last night we didn't know where they'd be staying so I had hubby call her cause with my health balancing act I didn't want to be caught off guard. They want to stay here for a few nights. I'm so so not looking forward to this. It's not that she's horrible or anything it's just that I always feel like I can never relax & really be me when she's around. She has a tendency to be very complaining all the time & knit picky, I don't know, just keeps me uptight. I worry big time abt things like being able to cook good enough etc. etc. I'm sitting here chewing my nails already & she's not getting here till Sunday late afternoon. One good thing - I'm diligently working out twice a week, dance class Mondays & a gym Thursday a.m. In diff ways I can notice a huge difference so thats a good thing I'm thinking. It's just that darn hip!!!!!! Anyway before I keep babbling too much I'll sign off for now. I really love you all for listening here.

I can totally relate about the sleep and the guests too. The sleep -- I go thru cycles with that. I hope yours passes soon. Do you sleep any better on days you exercise? I sure am proud of you for keeping to 2 days a week. That is excellent! I do the same thing with guests that I think are critical (based upon what they say about others). All we can be is who/what we are. Recently I\'m doing the 5% rule. Take the 5% worst things in the house that need cleaned/straightened up and do those and let the rest go if you need to. I\'ve begun cooking the same mean when ppl come -- something most ppl will eat: pasta, sauce, garlic bread, salad. It\'s cheap and easy. Might have to tweak it for special health issues though. Generally it seems like when most guests come it\'s so chaotic and everyone is gabbing with everyone that no one really notices whether I\'ve washed my windows or not. At least that is my hope LOL.
Does your hip bother you when you sleep too? I have to put a pillow between my knees to sleep comfortably on my side. I hope that passes soon too. That\'s another thing that cycles off and on with me. Hip pain is the worst!
thanks for the update my friend. hugs, m
can relate to having company also!1 I am always doing more then i should and not sure if it enough. Maybe you should try and ask her to pick a meal that she likes to make and let her make it. I did that with my moher in law but my poor father in law did all the work and then I felt bad.. go figure. I am sure you will be the best host any one could ask for. Don\'t worry be happy! Love you all the time, xxxooo
