Ooh Boy, sure hope I'm not heading into a Lupus thing/flare/whatever. I've had horrible dry mouth troubles for abt 2 days, my lips are just abt painfully dry. Today my bowels are a bit off, hmmm.I never really experienced an actual "flare" so I don't know how I could really tell if I'm heading that way. Or because I've been a bit busier then normal lately could it be just a minor warning fr my body. Anyone with any thoughts please feel free to express yourself. Thanks everyone.

hmmmm. well, for me, flares come in 2 ways. one is like I have them long-term but there are many small hills and valleys during a flare and those small ones only last for a few days, if I behave myself. can you clear your schedule and rest and be more particular with your diet and all?
sometimes if I\'ve caught a virus, my body will react sort of like a flare while I\'m fighting off the bug.
