I am so darn tired today.  Usually when I do my morning at the animal shelter I put my feet up & don't do much the rest of the day but today I thought I was feeling pretty darn good & hubby had some running around to do this afternoon so of course I went with him. What I hate the most with Lupus, I don't know if this happens to others, but I can be going going going & it's fast & suddenly that I just run out of gas & bingo just stall completely. A self taught lesson here I guess - don't overestimate my abilities.
