I'm in a definite bit of a dilema this last while & at times really wonder what will be the best way to handle it down the road. I experimented with discontinuing my wkly methotrexate injection to see if it was indeed having anything to do with the burning sensations in my wrists as my reflexologist said according to chinese medicine that was a sign of liver issues. Other then some normal arthritis pain, mild at the best of times, heck I'm able to write again without really feeling anything is wrong at all. Today's dr's kind of look on that type of practice as witch dr's. So when I'm ordered to go back on my methotrexate do I just ignore and continue looking after myself the way I am or what. I hate the thought of going behind my dr's back but is it not true that we know our bodies better then anyone. Oh yea, my restless leg syndrome nightly episodes seem to be lightning up. It could be the magnesium supplement is helping although I've also found that it is a definite no no to eat anything with heavy amts of concentrated sugar after 6 p.m. Anywho thanks for listening everyone. It feels good to have some shoulders to dump on when things are weighing you down.
