Hey Folks
This might prove to be a real yawner I think but I thought I'd just check in, in general.
Lately I've been once a wk going to a sculpture garden at our city park to pray in my journal & meditate. It's a truly wonderful peaceful place. There's plants & greenery, walkways & little spots where there's benches kind of tucked quietly here and there. There's water and you can hear birds but nothing else. Glorious it truly is.
This will be my Tues a.m.
My only ongoing concern right now is, I know your all tired of this, but if I'm getting true benefit fr the naturopath dr how do I convince my rheumy of this. Medical dr's usually think people that deal in that type of treatment are sort of witch dr's & I don't know where to begin with this.
And I do believe the accupuncture did help my wrists overall so for anyone out there thats maybe been considering this I would highly recommend going for it.
Anywho take care for now, have a great & blessed day.
