Well did my regular Wed a.m. at the animal shelter. We currently have no empty cages there & to boot our local humane society is sending over abt 5 puppies later today. Sometimes when I walk in there I have moments where I think...so many mouths to feed, so many that want cuddling. Man the money it takes sometimes.

I didn't sleep worth a %^%&*(@ so I feel so burnt today so forgive me if I'm rambling.

I've had restless leg syndrome since, oh I don't know, my late teens so of course that definitely doesn't help at night but I also seem to have what I call Lupus Nights.....does anyone else experience nights where you just simply can't sleep nice and deeply? I wonder if sleep can be affected by what you eat late in the day, hmmm.
