Well today I had a Celiac Meeting to go to & I had a presentation to do on claiming our gluten free food on our yrly income tax.  I'm in no way a public speaker or comfortable in that sort og scenario.   I prayed that the Lord would stand by my side just in case I needed an extra push.  When all was said and done I did pretty darn good.  I was complimented by a few people.  And most of all I could tell myself "you know it wasn't really that bad after all". I found out also that there are some people in our Celiac Assoc Chapter that have Lupus also so it would appear that alot of people who have "autoimmune disease" do carry several diff conditions at the same time. A quick PS note - I've been having pain above & beyond the norm in my wrist area & I've just finished wearing my magnets for abt 48 hrs and darn it all those magnets really do seem to help.

I\'m so glad the magnets help you -- they really help me too.

good job on your presentation! God knew you could do it. speaking in public can be a real confidence booster when it\'s over.

I am glad to hear that you did it and felt good about it, speaking publicly is hard but it always is easier then we really think. glad the magnets give you some relief as well..

Dear Kitty , way to go with your public speaking ! I am wondering if you can get the wrist magnets at a drug store or health food store or do you have to order them from somewhere . I am tired of all the injections so it would be nice if something else would help . Hugs Sue
