I'm so sore today I almost don't know which parts ache more then other parts. I feel like I've got lead feet, boy oh boy.Went out for a family dinner last night and stupid me I didn't order decaf coffee. Granted I just had 2 1/2 cups but I had a horrible night, so I'm paying for it today I guess. Didn't think that outing would throw me off this much. There was a little part of me that all day didn't feel like going but I didn't want to disappoint my dad so I went. Shd have listened to that little voice I guess.At least when you have a morning after the night before & it's worth it thats one thing but this is really not fair I think.Oh well, keep on trucking I guess.

I understand. often it\'s not till after that you realize you should have taken it easy. and for the times when you do hear that little voice telling you to stay home, you think, hey, I want to have a life too! I hope that you did at least get to really enjoy the coffee as you were drinking it since you\'ve had to pay for it so. = )
Sometimes you want to get out and have a little social time with your family. You can\'t deprive yourself from the things that you enjoy at time. Get some rest today and don\'t overdue it.
