Well did my usual Wed a.m. work at the pet rescue shelter.  We've got some reno's happening now so things are nuts and on top of that we've got 28 puppies & abt 32 cats, ooh boy.  Don't understand some people's minds abt pets, boy oh boy.  Hard physical work sometimes but it means so much to all the cast off animals.I had stopped taking my Omega 3-6-9 supplement (can't remember why just now) but I had started taking just Salmon Oil capsules.  I noticed with just the Salmon Oil that I overall did not do quuite as well, just little things after a few days. So for a few days now I've gone back to my Omega supplement.  I've read lots of positive things regarding Lupus & this type of supplement so now I'm really wondering if there's something to it.Been slipping a bit sometimes re diet wise, not major but still a bit.  Gotta pay a bit more attention, too much refined sugar but with low blood sugar problems & insulin reactions you need to get the sugar in your system, ooh boy.Sure would like to find some ways/recipes for including soy beans in some meals, any ideas out there please feel free to let me  know.

Hi kitty , boy you must be busy at that shelter with that many animals . I have tried the Omega 3-6-9 and the salmon oil and can\'t take either . The salmon oil really comes back up on me but they are both very good for joints etc . I do make sure I eat a few raw walnuts everyday , they are awesome to lower cholesterol . Sorry no recipe with soy beans ! Have a good day , Love Sue .

28 puppies and 32 cats. Wow!! How do you handle all those little animals. I know they are a hand full. I was wondering about the fish oil/omega 3. I started omega 3 but was not faithfully in taking the capsules everyday. As a matter of fact I stopped taking them just because. I haven\'t tried any natural supplements. Let me know if you have any luck.
