All I want to do is cry today for some reason. How about that huh, me who tries to be everyone's power tower of strength is caving in today, yet I don't really understand why. If anyone has any ideas please feel free to let me know.Do any of my Lupus friends have days where they just cave in. I'm hoping it's the miserable weather today, we've got a bit of a winter system blowing through.Maybe I should try some cooking and/or baking, somehow that seems to help.

Hi Kitty , I am sorry to hear you are feeling so down . I sure do have days like that , I usually blame it on my menopause but maybe it does have something to do with the lupus . I usually spend those days in bed with the covers over my head because if I am around my family it seems that everything they say hurts my feelings and it just makes it worse , that or I take off for a long walk . Well that\'s if my joints will allow it that day . I put on my music and walk and cry at the same time . I hope you feel better soon and in the meantime let it all out my friend sometimes that\'s the only thing that helps . I will keep you in my prayers , Love Sue .
I definitely have days when I cave. lots of them. I try to think of it as something that will pass and if I can escape from my own head and watch a long, involved movie, or read a book to get thru it.
I do bake a lot and make homemade soup. that helps take my mind off of what\'s bugging me, which usually I obsess about too much anyway. worry isn\'t helpful, so... I bake something haha
I hope you feel better soon. prayers, mechelle
I find that I have those days and it\'s okay. We are still human and we go through changes in our lives. I find myself being the chippy enouraging one all time and I feel like I shouldn\'t have those days. Low/behold there it goes a day of feeling hammerd and stressed. What I do is take that day of rest and limit to time on the computer and do something else. I having been reading this book called \"The Secret\" and it is helping me out so much.
Enjoy your day and rest! Take care my friend and I will remember you in my prayers, Alethea
Well, I do know the weather affects my moods too! and just being stuck in the house! And I can get lost in my empathy, for others, and forget sometimes that I do have to go thru my feelings, as much as I don\'t want to, it is healthy for me to greive sometimes for myself! I know that you have been a big help to me, and gotten me thru a few tuff days, and maybe you just need a day or two for you!
Love Tish!
