Well I got the diagnosis on my shoulder.  The orthopedic surgeon says i've got something called Frozen Shoulder.  There's no surgery they can do to help it.  I told him I didn't want to go back to the pain I had before Cortizone where I was sleeping sitting proped up because I couldn't ly down.  The doc said I as pushing/exercising it way too hard and that if I do gentle range of motion exercises, not pushing it beyond it's limit that it could correct itself in time.I thought I was going to feel a bit ticked off if this happened but I believe it's all part of what and where the Lord wants me to be right now.  But I sure as heck won't let it interfere with my life and I'll keep working it so maybe I can force it to get better.I've changed my supplements a bit the last week & am wondering because I've noticed some improvements.  I was taking an Omega 3-6-9 every other day and I read somewhere that Omega 6 was not that good, not positive though.  I've added Milk Thistle too.  I'm starting to think something seems to be going right.

Wow , frozen shoulder hey ? Yes I have heard of that but don\'t know much about it . It\'s better if you can heal it without the surgery , it really is very painful to have shoulder surgery and it is such a long recovery time . I really admire your determination and positive outlook on life ! You are a great inspiration to us all , Take care . Love and Prayers , Sue .

I had a friend in my last town who suffered with that and she did end up having surgery and that\'s what helped her. she did suffer badly before the surgery though. I am sorry for the pain you have. I think acupuncture would relive some of the pain though, maybe think about that. It really doesn\'t hurt at all.
If you think you\'d like to talk with my friend about her frozen shoulder let me know, I\'m sure she would. she\'s a very extroverted & friendly person, originially from the Dominican Republic.
