Had a sort of Lupus night last night, sleep, wake up, sleep, wake up, etc. etc.Abt 2 1/2 months ago my doc reduced by Prednisone to 2.5 mg (1.2 pill) daily.  Shortly after that I had started having some bowel/intestinal issues.  I took myself off high fibre foods & started the probiotic.  My GP said I probably had inflammation in the bowel as a reaction to the Prednisone reduction.Things had been starting to get real well again and now again the last 2 days it's happening all over again.  But I was reading up on symptoms for Lactose Intolerance & that could fit also.  I know with Celiac's Disease it can be quite common but I still don't know.  I see my Rheumotologist next week & a gastro specialist the end of Feb.Anyone out there have or know people that have a Lactose problem & what the symptoms are that they experience.Lord:  I pray for your guidance at this time.  You will not lead me astray.  I must keep faith that this is a bump in my travels with you & that I must be strong, I must see this thru.
