Today I haven't had to take a pill for my anxiety yet. This is the first day in a long time. I think it is because of this website and being able to talk to people. I met a nice girl from another country and someone who has the same profession as myself. A nice guy last night listened to me and let me vent. Thank you to all of you out there who are helping me through this. This is the best that I have felt in a long time.

This entry brought tears to my eyes. I know the feeling; this site has helped me through some majorly rough patches.
