Quick entry...busy day. I've been tasked with creating an interactive form to tie to a data repository at work. It's kind of new, kind of old. I like the idea, though. Oh, and I don't think I mentioned it yesterday, but the scan came back negative for any stomach issues. Woohoo! However, the bad side of things is that I have arthritis of the sacroliliac and hip joints, which, upon review, could be causing some of these issues (I also suspect lactose intolerance teaming up to create a perfect storm of pain).  Causes of the arthritis? Well, I have a bone spur on my spine - went through PT for that a few years back, and obviously I'm overweight. Oh, and I was in a car accident last year that could have contributed. Everything I've read has said that weight loss is the most effective way to minimize the pain, so I'm going to shift my focus to OA and weight loss. I started a new weight loss program today with realistic, gentle goals and a spiritual focus. That's the only way it's going to work for me. I also started a new goal on DS, one which is relatively simple and short-term, to help encourage me. I'll adjust as necessary. Back to creating that form now...thanks to everyone who's encouraged me and supported me so far :) I appreciate it a lot!
