40.6 weeks.....

Well I am still pregnant and hanging in there...... went to the doctors office yesterday for another check up. Heartrate was good and the doctor tried to sweep my membranes again to no avail. I am a full 1 cm dialated now and 75% effaced- wohoo haha! He did get in there and try to get as close as he could to move things along. It caused some discomfort and a big contraction and that was about it. Nothing yet.  I will go back tomorrow for another u/s to check baby and fluid etc. The plan is to induce either tomorrow or Thursday.  My doctor says he uses a fraction of the pitocin with the carniosacral work that he is trained in, to help baby move along. Oh, baby was sunny side up when I went on Friday too.... which maybe it has moved now?!? Or it could move during labor and the doc can also help it flip.... I am so EAGER....... the more I sit and wait, the more anxiety creeps up. Please baby make your appearance SOON!!!!
