4 Types of Lifestyle-Induced Spinal Pain And How to Relieve It

Today, people spend too much time without physical activities. There are several types of lifestyle-related spinal pains that may occur due to a lack of exercise and staying in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time during the day. How to Relieve the Pain

- 1st type - Lie on your stomach, and if this position doesn’t increase the pain, lift your elbows. Stay in this position for 2-3 minutes, then lean on your palms and straighten your upper body. Repeat 10-15 times.
- 2nd type - Sit, bend forward, and stay like this for 2-3 minutes. Then sit on your feet and stretch your arms forward. Lie on your spine, bend your knees, and pull them up to your chest. Next, put your hands behind your head and lift your upper body. Repeat 12-15 times.
- 3rd type - Lie on your spine, and put your legs on a chair. You can also lie on your stomach, putting a pillow under your pelvis. You need to sleep with your knees bent and add extra pillows between them and under your lower back at night.
- 4th type - Exercises for the 2nd type plus the exercise for bending and unbending your lower back in the so-called “cat” position, standing on your hands and knees on the floor.
