4 days and going.

Well I'm still sober.  It was a tough night last night only in the fact that I had researched human pheremones esp. those that are sexual but realized what I was doing and stopped and went  back to sleep.   Being sober means that I have a clear mind and am able to deal with things as they are.  Not as I wish they would be.  I'm grateful to my HP today that I am sober and to the many friends that I have that keep me encouraged.
