Sorry I haven't written in sooo long! I hope everyone is doing well on here and  I am sending positive thoughts!!
Today was a busy day! Glad I went hiking this morning for a few hours and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Went to the grocery store to pick up some food to make a healthly lunch and dinner.
Then I met with my AA sponser to talk to her about my concerns about returning back to work as a a flight attendant on May 1st. She helped me brainstorm and make some notes so I woulded get so intimidated by my pdoc since he was planning on me returning to work in a few weeks and I was extremely nervous and scared to tell him that I don't feel ready yet.
My sponser Connie came with me to the pdoc appt and I had brought her once before one my 1st appt to see him. It actually helped a lot to have her there. I explained to him that I still have a lot of anxiety in the afternoons 3x4 a week.  Depression problems still frequentlly in the am trouble getting out of bed. I have had trouble getting my son to school on numerous occasions and sometimes he misses school. Terrible memory problems, it becomes worse all the time, I can't even remember what I did yesterday. I have to write everything down to remember. The pdoc prescribed me Deplin for my memory and its a $100 a month but today I broke down and filled the prescription since I am despirate for help with my memory!! Thats probably what I am struggling with the most!!
My pdoc was not happy at all with my list and thinks I am just anxious to return to work. He said he is getting pressured from the long term disability company to make me return to work ASAP. I found him to be very intimidating that's what made me get emotional cause I felt like he didn't understand me. I am glad Connie was there for support.
I promised my sponser and the pdoc that I would make a list of symptoms and concerns, and rate my mood every morning and afternoon on a scale from 1-10.
It was a drainning day and I am glad that appt is over with for today.

Well, it sounds like you\'re making progress, even if you ARE still experiencing anxiety. I\'m glad your sponsor was there with you! Is your doctor only urging you to go back to work because the long term disability company is pressuring him, or does he really think it\'s the best thing for you?
$100/mo is a lot of money, but if it restores your memory, it\'s well worth it!!! Oh, how I miss my memory!!!!!
Good luck with all your plans and goals!!!! I hope everything starts falling into place for you!!!!!! (((((Hugs)))))
