4/30/2015 Don't know what to do

I guessed I should start doing these. After talking with a few people on here as well as on other websites, they suggested I go back to therapy for my anxiety, panic attacks, and night terrors. I am reluctant to do so, for a variety of reasons, but everyone says that its the thing to do. For one, there aren't a lot of therapists near where I live, and out of those, only a few accept my insurance. So my options are few. I'm worried that I won't have the time to go regularly, as work and school take up a lot of my time, plus my panic attacks and fibromyalgia slow me down in everything I do, so I have to allot more time to do errands and chores. And I'm worried that even if I find one that accepts my insurance, and I make time for it, I won't be able to pay the co-pay for it. I don't make a lot of money so it will be hard to move my limited budget around to allot for it.      I'll try my best and keep a positive attitude about it. Yes I'm worrying but I have a logical reason to worry, it's not like I'm making stuff up completely. Anyway, I'll keep it to a minimum. My panic attacks and night terrors are happening more frequently lately. I've had them both every day and night for the past 6 days in a row. They're so intense and so draining. They frustrate me because they're such a waste of time and energy, that I would rather use for something productive, instead of just screaming for no reason.      Lastly, some people I talked to on websites suggested I have PTSD, and that's what might be causing the panic attacks and night terrors. I'm skeptical of that because I have a pretty good darn memory, and I'm positive I would've remembered of something traumatic that would've been bugging me. I mean, I've been through traumatic stuff, child abuse, untreated intense fibromyalgia for years, assaults and attempted muggings that resulted in a few broken bones, (I live in a bad neighborhood), but nothing completely out of the ordinary, at least for this area. I'm at peace with everything that's happened to me, and I have been for a while. None of it bothers me and I would feel stupid bringing it up to a therapist, because they would probably think I'm a whimp since most of that stuff happens to every third person around here.       Anyway, that's what's on my mind right now. Thanks for reading.
