3rd period
Feeling down today...
My period came yesterday :( ii have all sorts of emotions .. feeling a little numb
I have only started to track my periods and when possible ovulation may occur,,, with this pattern is looks like fertile days could be October 27-1 or 2nd How accurate has it been for anyone doing this.., should I try using ovulation sticks? Temperature? Also..... My husband is supposed to leave on a. Business trip nov 1-5..... Of course all emotional and my period came I was upset... But know it's not his fault. He offered to stay home... As much as I want him to I don't want to take the opportunity away from him. Has anyone been in this situation? I mean there is no gaur tee that it will happen during the days before or the days while he is gone
I an going going to try getting back into an exercise routine today... Hoping that will help me have some more positive thoughts :) I have some back issues and they have started up again since not exercising since the miscarriage about 3 months ago... I know my body needs to be in better shape to have a baby and enjoy the experience :) so going to try to focus my mind on creating a healthier me as we keep trying.
also, still working on taking timelines out of my head..l that I should be having kids by a certain age, etc.. easier said than done
i was was talking with my husband last night that I want to be excited to try and not terrified.. It is an exciting time and I don't want to take that away from my next baby.
Thanks for listening S

Dear S,
You are the only person that I feel connected to since we had the miscarried on the same month and still trying ;)
Last month, I checked with my doctor and she said it is okay to try again. So I am going to try soon.
I really wish that I live nearby and give you a big hug.
Always think positive. My period cycle is not consistent. My doctor printed out ovulation chart so every morning I measure my temperature. I also used the ovulation kit. It really helps. It is more accurate if you do it in the morning.
I do a little bit of jogging in the evening after school hours. Jogging and listening to the music really help to release some stress.
Take care, my dear. Keep me update.
I am sorry you have having a hard time:( This whole process is so trying, I never imagined it would be this stressful. I think you have the right outlook though, we all feel down at times and get overwhelmed. I thought I would be so happy when I got pregnant again, and while I am thrilled it\'s just a different kind of stress than when we were trying...I am always thinking it will happen again, and then getting mad at myself for thinking that way...its a vicious cycle. It is so good you have a very supportive husband:) No matter what I always just try to picture the future with a baby/child. That seems to help, whenever it may be! Thinking of you, Melody.
