3rd day of being smoke free!!!

"I can manage the withdrawal. It will come and I trust it will go away."
I keep thinking that my desire to smoke will pass. It was a terrible habit (addiction) that I had for many years.
Luckily, I have made the decision to quit before it was to late and I ended up with a lung condition or cancer.
I want to see my 11 year old grow up and I don't want to be hostage to this addiction anymore. Luckily I have a choice today, before its too late!!!!
