There are always ways to vent, no matter what the situation is. And in some ways, venting can be the difference between suicidal thoughts and cheerful thoughts. The human mind can take in just about any form of information. Scents, smells, touch, and sight are all recorde and analyzed in what we know as the brain. In that same way, emotional information is recorded. Emotional information includes anything from feelings of accomplishment to feelings of frustration to feelings of sadness, and these feelings can get out of control. Venting is ways to get those feelings out or in some cases control those feelings. That's why it's always easy to do one of these things and get emotions out of the system. From observations, everyone has different ways to vent. No one has a specifically exact way of venting as someone else, since there's always a minute change in how they vent. Even two people with the same exercise routine will each do something different than the other, just as no two writers vent the same way. That's why everyone needs to find their own way to vent. Otherwise there's no point for those people to have emotions. When it gets bad enough for some people, they completely shut down and make a mistake no one wants to make. That's why you need to have a way to vent. Don't bottle everything in. Instead, uncork that bottle and get everything out. It's better to get it out of your system than to keep it in. Do something that will get that out of your system so that you can have a healthy positive lifestyle.
