Yesteday was another rough day for me. I went to get my shot. I could barely walk. I was close to fainting on me feet. I woke up sick on my stomach and went the heat came on it made me feel even sicker. In the doctor's office I barely made it in with walker. I almost fell over several times just walk to the room. I fianally got the chair but I fell forward with the chair on top of me. I told her I wasn't hurt as I felt nothing. I was put in a wheelchair to get out of there. Later during the day the nurse call to check up on me. She told me if I needed them. I found out what my white spot on Iris was yesterday at the eye doctor. It wasn't an ulcered cornea. It was however an open sore in the eye and scarring of eye, hence the white spot. He thought at first it was something common that contact users catch (I haven't wore my contacts in two years due to MS pain). But has he closely examined my left eye he found out that it was an open sore going inward and it was angry and inflammed. It was caused by bacteria that lives on all of our eyelashes that sometimes people (like me) become sensitive to it and get infected. It has been going on for sometime but since you get eye pain with MS, I just dismissed it. It wasn't until the white spot appear and worse pain that I finally decided to see the eye doctor. He also saw the my eyes don't work together which I knew.. causing the double vision. He asked me if I noticed my eyes being like that. I know that I have double vision or feel funny in my eyes. The treatment for Blepharoconjunctivitis is antibotics drops and steriods for inflammation. I also have to keep my eyelashes sterile from now on as it can reoccur. He checked my pressure and my right eye is 6 and left 10. 10 to 20 is normal. Edited for corret information: Below ten is abnormal and at 5mm is called Hypotony. At 5mm your eye can start to get distorted and cause vision problems because it becomes too soft. I didn't even know that you could have too low pressure. I don't know what is causing it because I didn't have any surgery which is the common cause. He recommended that I stay under his care due to MS. I see him in September for full exam of back of eye. I pray there isn't anything else going on. I am glad to get relief for my eye and thankful it wasn't any worse. Yeah! God is Good! Bunni

You\'re having a rough patch right now, Bunni. Although the eye problem can become serious, don\'t worry about it too much.
I\'ve had two surgeries on my left eye to remove an extremely rare tumor the size of a walnut. No one can tell what this eye has been through.
It healed and everything returned to normal--almost. My vision is a little less in this eye.
Your eye is going to be fine, I have that feeling. Your walking in another manner. Some days, as you know, will be like that. With the heat today, I was walking a little like a senior citizen.
But I thought I looked rather dashing with my Panama Jack straw hat and cane.
Not to belittle your experience, Bunni, but if I tripped, I\'m going to fall down laughing. Okay, maybe not. Still, I\'m going to try to make light of it.
Actually, I\'m always bumping into things and dropping stuff all the time. I just make a joke out of it. If I didn\'t, I\'d probably cry.
I sure hope you weren\'t wearing a short skirt when you went down (wow). That wouldn\'t have been funny, but I would have gotten an eyeful though. LOL
