Not doing well again. TN pain on left side of face and jaw, ear. The pain is setting off myofasical pain down neck and shoulder or fibro. I don't know. It seems like this is occuring more and more. I don't feel like eating or drinking. It hurts to do that. But I know I have to eat something to keep up strength. I know some of you sent me messages. Thank you.  I'll try to answer them when feeling better. I have Flexeril and Skelaxin for pain but it really more for muscle relaxer than for nerve pain. I am going to try heat compress and go back to sleep. Maybe pain be gone when I wake back up.
