It is 3:50 in the morning. I can't sleep. I hurt so much all over. What did I do to myself. I know I had my Avonex yesterday but the side effects usually last one day. My jaw is hurting again. My legs have pains in down back and front, arms, back.. I been asleep for only a few hours. I just tossing and turning. I just saw the doctor.. Gee. My oldest son is sick and I been careful not to be expose to whatever he has. I need some relief and sleep.  I don't know if this is MS or ME/CFS or Fibro pain. I just know I hurt and not getting sleep. I going to increase my pain meds and hope it eases up so I can sleep. I had not journal in awhile. I had a bad weekend. I lost strength again, double vision, dizzy.  I had my left hand and arm went stiff and my the other couldn't lift my cereal bowl. I was spaced out again. I am trying to keep any triggers from happening on TN and Occipital neuralgia. Please dear Lord, let me cast my cares on you that I may have sweet sleep.  I want to thank you for all you hugs.
