110:15am - My grandson had to be picked up from school on Tuesday and kept home. He has a rash over his face and body. My grandson has been immunized against Measles, Rubella, Mumps... so what does he have. It isn't an allegry has he is now running a fever. I know that he could have one of those even though he been immunized. He could also have Fifth disease which is very contagious. He was dx with Fifth disease. For him it was mild and he is back in school. Once rash is present he is no longer contagious. My pain level is at an 7 and trying to just sleep through this. I also have a fever. I don't know how Fifth disease affects adults with MS but I just tell you I feel like I been ran over by a truck. My ears have been aching but it mostly in my neck/head. My TMJ is it affecting the rest of me? TN? I can't get any relief. I am thinking of seeing my regular doctor as he is closed enough for me to drive. I rather not be on the road but it has been a close to a week of this except it is getting worse. And on that note, I will thank God that I can still feel pain and still praise Him.

I think going to the doctor would be a good thing. Have to be careful with things when we have MS. I do wish you well and sending a prayer your way.
I agree with Dee, go see your doctor. With MS you have to be so careful when you are sick, because small things can quickly become big problems! I hope your grandson is feeling better and that you will be on the road to recovery. Big ((HUGS))! Peace......................David
Thank you for your comments. I didn\'t see until now. I listen to my Mom\'s advice. She doesn\'t believe I should be running to the doctor for things like that. I guess she doesn\'t understand MS completely. However, her advice did work. I thought I had an earache or infection. My Mom thinks too much antibiotics is not good for you. I used warm olive oil and cotton in my ears. It felt better. I used a warm towel around my neck. It ease the tension. And I\'m sure the pain meds helped too. My grandson is doing great. Thank you.
