It snowed lasted night. Wow, it looked so beautiful coming down, so pure and clean. It made everything around a winter wonderland. Of course, the schools were closed. My son still decided to work which meant I got to watch my grandson.

I can only watch so much of SpongeBob. I think we watched another movie. He kept asking about going outside and he could but he wanted me out there. Yikes.. it is cold out there and slippery. I finally gave in and told him I woud be out there with him. I dressed out really warm and hoped I could keep balance. Oh, goodness.. God is good. I had such fun with him. We throw snowballs at each other, made a little snowman and slide down the hill. My fingers and hands started in pain so I turned on the car and heat. Yeah, I can't stand cold on my hands causes bad pain. So I warm up a bit and got him to break to warm up too. And then we played some more.

I am so glad I got out there. I know he will remember having fun with his grandma and I will remember too. I took pictures so I can look back. Every other time it snowed I was too sick to get out. It still took a physical toll on my body .. but so what.. it will get better. I am really sore and exhausted but the look on his face was worth it all. smiley-smile.gif
