I don't know if this counts but I did go out last night. I am having such a hard time find a date on the Internet. I decided I was not going to sit at home. I went to Applebee's instead and treating myself to a chicken salad. I scoped out the people there to see if there was someone to talk to. I started talking next to the woman besides me. She was nice and we talk for a bit. I saw a few men in there but gee.. I'm at the bar and I don't smoke. I really don't drink. But my back started hurting just sitting there, so I did get a drink to hopefully kill the pain. I did flirt with a guy in there.. just making eye contact and a smile. He was nice and eventually we talked. Oh goodness, he was buzzing. He kissed me in Applebees. I told him to stop. I ask him if he wanted to join me for cofee and conversation but I know he had other things on his mind. He walked me to my car and again kissed me. I just was not into it. Yuck. I guess there was no chemistry or maybe the fact he was a smoker or I really didn't know him. Pick one. They all apply.  Well, at least I was out of the house and trying to socialize with people. I was flattered by his attention to me, I guess.  I might try again next week but I might have a real date. So, I just have to wait and see.
