I had a very frustrating morning with my primary doctor. I have suspected that he really didn't take my complaints seriously and today in the discussion we had he finally admitted that he did not believe in fibromyalgia and he could do nothing to help me. I guess at least it is best it was finally said by him. I suspected that he was old school and that is the way he felt for a while. I am glad too that he said it in front of my husband as a witness. Oh well time to find another primary doc. It's a shame in this day and age there are still doctors out there like that.

It is bad when your primary doc dosen`t take you seriously,especialy when you are in pain and all they can come up with is take some asprin and call me when you get better.I have heard this from a few doctors and it really burns me up,what do they think that I made up these syrnx in my neck and back just to get disabled from work?I would rather be working than to have this constant pain!
Just letting you know you are not alone and that it is good to hear that I am not the only one that this has happened to.I am not glad to hear about the pain just the bad doc.I better stop before I stick my feet in my mouth.Some of these doctors need to take better bed side manners classes or a dumb ass class before they are allowed to become doctors.
