Had a lot of shoulder and knee pain last night, but thank goodness my medication helped to get to sleep after using my TENS unit. I woke up this morning and did my usual am walk of my dog and my PT exercises. A little after that I felt tired and headachy and tried to get a little rest without much success then I took a shower and was starting to feel better.
