I am doing prettty good today. I still am having problem sleeping and wake up shaky each morning. Had a nice lunch with my sister and brother in law. I haven't seen them in almost 4 years. I am taking a pill tonight to insure I get a good nights sleep before this crazy week starts.

That\'s nice that you had an opportunity to visit with family that you haven\'t seen in so long. I hope it was a nice visit. I also hope that you can find sleep soon, and hopefully the sleeping pill will help to get you rested tonight. Sending lots of hugs.
