I still just can't believe what the autopsy report showed as cause of death. This is a person that just two years ago had an extensive physical including chest x-rays. MIR, the complete tour. How could they not have noticed the damage to his heart at that time? I just can't believe that all the damage was done in the last two years. How do these thinngs happen?

None of us know why....we are human and we make mistakes. Perhaps, nothing was showing at that point. I wish someone had the answers, but I don\'t think it would take away the pain we feel. I am keeping you in my prayers. Love and Hugs
