spoke with my podiatrist who explained that the lyrica must be a constant in my body to work.  she suggested i take the lyrica at night.  now i am taking either one 25 mg or one 50 mg lyrica each night and hope that will keep me out of trouble...because the pain is worse than the drug and that's for sure.
